Email Addresses - General:

Email addresses and personal information like names and telephone numbers will never be shared with anyone outside of EngineHounds. Our customer lists are never, and will never be, sold to or given to a third party.

Email addresses provided via our contact form:

When you submit your email address to us via our contact form, your address will only be used for the purpose of responding to your contact request. Once the purpose for contact ceases to exist, your email address will be deleted from our files, unless you checked the "Send me tips" button in which case your address will be added to our customer list and you'll receive occasional correspondence. You may opt out of this correspondence at any time.

Email addresses provided during the checkout process after making a purchase:

If you purchase one of our products your email address will automatically be added to our customer list so we can send your product to you and notify you of updates to the product. You will also be added to our "Send me tips" list. You may opt out of this correspondence at any time.

Bank/Credit Card Details:

All financial transactions are encrypted and take place in a secure shopping cart provided by PayPal. EngineHounds has no access to your actual bank account or credit card numbers. Returns are also processed through PayPal.
