Description: Tropical Getaway is a non-smoking, 2-bedroom condo in the Bay Forest development of Naples, Florida, one of the nation's most desirable vacation spots. The condo is owned by a private individual.

The Challenge: The Topical Getaway Web site is competing for new business in an area that is crowded with similar rental condos. Many Naples vacation rentals are promoted by corporate realty companies that advertise aggressively on the Internet, some going as far as to build their own directories. At the start of the SEO project the Web site had a brand new URL and had not been indexed by Google, Yahoo or MSN.

The Strategy:  Our first move was to provide a link from our site to the Tropical Getaway site. This meant the new site got indexed the very next time the search engines visited the EngineHounds site. Next we proceeded with on-page optimization - a great option for the long term as new visitors will continue to find the site long after the initial investment has been made. With broad keywords out of the question for the little condo, we researched variations of the long-tail keyword: condo rental naples florida.

The results so far: The Tropical Getaway Web site can now be found naturally in the search engines for the keywords listed below (Valid June 25th 2008):
