EngineHounds is owned by search engine optimization specialists Carolyn Price and Dominique Neveling and operates from Fort Myers and Naples, Florida.

Dominique Neveling:
Dominique has 15 years ad agency experience as a copywriter on blue-chip multinational accounts, covering everything from pantyhose to motor cars. A change in location brought about the start of a small business in Search Engine Optimization, where ‘finding the right words’ takes on a whole new meaning. Nowadays, Dominique hunts keywords to use in fiendishly clever ways to bait search engine spiders – all White Hat, of course – and nags about the great importance of user-friendly but gorgeous website design.

Having grown up on the Highveld in South Africa, Dominique is well-used to dodging lethal bolts of lightning. However, dodging hurricanes and maybe even a tornado is something else: she’s developed a morbid fascination with US weather channels and an annoying compulsion to check the Emergency Kit every four hours. Dominique lives for the end of the season.

Carolyn Price:
Carolyn's career got off to a start working as an art director in an advertising agency back in the days when 'doing lunch' meant three bottles of wine—and the client always paid. In the 90's she migrated to Web design and joined a Web development and Internet marketing company in Philadelphia. Here she encountered search engine marketing and was lured from the design team to the marketing team.

Carolyn became a Google AdWords Qualified Individual and worked on pay-per-click ad campaigns, email marketing, link building, and search engine optimization. She enjoys the research-oriented environment of search engine optimization and embraces the challenge of getting clients' Web sites to rank well in the search engine's results pages.

Although her formal training is in graphic design she gets a kick out of words and always jumps at the offer of an Internet writing gig.

Carolyn grew up in South Africa in a nature-loving family and traveling home to see friends and family in South Africa is one of her biggest joys in life.
