Dominique enjoyed a successful career as an advertising
copywriter for fifteen years, working on blue-chip accounts. She has
extensive experience in developing
 major through-the-line campaigns,
having had the good fortune to work on a diverse range of products
under the umbrellas: financial, automotive, FMCG, and broadcasting. In
a desire to move with the times, Dominique expanded her advertising
and marketing skills to include Web content development and Search
Engine Optimization. As a partner in EngineHounds, she is able to apply all her
accumulated skills in an Internet environment.

Carolyn began her career as an advertising art director before
moving on to successfully run her own design studio with a portfolio
of clients which included SmithKline Beecham Pharmaceuticals, Equal
Sweetener, and Alexander Forbes Financial Services.
 In
the 90's she joined a Web development and Internet marketing company
in Philadelphia as a Web site designer. Here she encountered Search
Engine Marketing and found this new arena of Internet marketing so
exciting she opted to move from the design team to the marketing
team.
Carolyn enjoys the research-oriented environment of Search Engine
Optimization and embraces the challenge of getting clients' Web
sites to rank well in the search engines’ results pages. She
designed over 300 Web sites before switching to Search Engine
Optimization and has optimized over 50 Web sites.
Carolyn maintains hands-on involvement with every single Webs site
optimized by EngineHounds and oversees design, development, and
sponsored ad campaigns.
Her specialty is Web site architecture, traffic flow, and site
usability issues—all
of which have a direct affect on the success of a Web site's on-page
optimization strategy.
